Any student-athlete wanting to tryout for a sport must have a completed CCS athletic packet AND a current physical turned in and approved by Mr. Lenz our Athletic Trainer. She will then issue the student-athlete an orange card to give the coach letting them know you are cleared for tryouts. NO ORANGE CARD/NO PARTICIPATING!!!
Starting 6/3/2020 we will begin accepting online registrations for the 2020-21 school year. To save a trip to school, feel free to email a copy of your new physical to Mrs. Lenz, Asal.firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember, you only have to register once for the entire school year. Also due to COVID-19 per the NCHSAA, any physical dated 3/1/2019 thru 5/2/20 will be granted a temporary extension to participate thru the end of the 2020-21 academic year. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
PSA - Mrs. Lenz will be onsite during Chrome Book pick up to collect physicals for any student athlete.
