Off Season Workout Info/Return To School Schedule

We are excited to welcome students back to the buildings on Monday, 10/19.

With the change from Plan C of learning into Plan B, there are changes to the schedule of voluntary off season workouts.

Each sport is will be different, so for specific questions, please email the coach of your team.

General Information:

The requirements and restrictions of the previous workouts have not changed.  Tickets needed for entry to workouts, masks, water, social distancing are all still required for each day.

Students that are in Plan C of learning, or on an "Off Campus" day of Plan B will not be permitted onto the school grounds until check-in time for their sport.  These students are also not allowed inside the building (unless their team is permitted building access) at any time on their "off campus" days.

Sport Specific Information:

**We understand that this may not be the most convenient scenario, but we are making these schedules with the best interest of ALL PARTIES involved as we move into the next phase of Plan B and athletics***

Please also keep in mind that these workouts are VOLUNTARY

Volleyball: 

Check-Ins begin at 4:15 PM.  Workouts begin at 4:30 PM.  All athletes participating in volleyball workouts that are on campus in Plan B  MUST LEAVE CAMPUS at the conclusion of the school day.  The athletes should not return to campus until the 4:15 pm check in time. 

Athletes should come dressed for workouts.

Athletes that are in an "off day" or Plan C should not arrive until 4:15 PM.

Cross Country:

Check-ins begin at 3:15 PM.  Workouts begin at 3:30 PM.  All athletes participating in cross country workouts that are on campus in Plan B  MUST LEAVE CAMPUS at the conclusion of the school day.  The athletes should not return to campus until the 3:15 pm check in time.

Athletes should come dressed for workouts.

Athletes that are in an "off day" or Plan C should not arrive until 3:15 PM.

Swimming:

Check-ins begin at 3:15 PM.  Workouts begin at 3:30 PM.  All athletes participating in swimming workouts that are on campus in Plan B  MUST LEAVE CAMPUS at the conclusion of the school day.  The athletes should not return to campus until the 3:15 pm check in time.

Football:

Boys Basketball:

Tentative at this time: 

 Basketball workouts are TBD at this time.  An update will be provided through Coach Jackson once final plans are solidified.
