Football Off Season Workout Info

The Football off season workouts will begin on Monday 10/12/2020.

Check in:  3:00-3:30 PM

Workout:  3:30-4:30 PM

Location:  Northwest Track:  We will be utilizing the Access road behind the softball field, and above the track to check ALL ATHLETES in.

What to do in order to be eligible to join workouts:

1.  Email Coach Morman and sign up for the workout:   This must be completed by 3:00 PM on Friday 10/9/2020.

If you do not email and sign up with Coach Morman, you will not be permitted to join workouts.

2.  Register Online

3.  Turn in/Have on file a valid physical.  Email physicals as a PDF only to:

4.  Have a mask and personal water supply

5.  Turn in Initial Covid waiver:  This MUST be signed by both the athlete and parent ON THE FIRST DAY OF WORKOUTS.
