We are excited to begin voluntary off season workouts on 9/14/2020 for VB, XC and Swim Dry land.
Here is a synopsis for our head AT, Kathleen Wagner:
In order to be eligible for workouts, the following must be completed:
1. Registered Online
2. Up to date, valid physical on file (email PDF only to Kathleen.firstname.lastname@example.org)
3. COVID Waiver signed by parent and student (this has been emailed to all that registered and is on the main athletic page) This must be signed the 1st day of workouts, not prior.
4. Student must have a mask
5. Student must have a personal, labeled water supply (we are not able to provide water)
6. Student must email their coach and sing up for their POD
**If any of 1-6 are not complete, athletes will be sent home immediately**
Workout days will be Monday and Wednesday 3:00-4:30 PM when school is in session.
Check in time is 3:00 at the front steps of the school. This is where paperwork and COVID check-in will be, including temp checks. Workouts will end promptly at 4:30 PM.
Transportation to and from must be punctual. Athletes who do not have on time transportation will be removed from workout PODS, this is due to required COVID restrictions.
Parents ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND WORKOUTS.
Restroom facilities are NOT open during workouts.
It is required that athletes leave campus immediately upon the completion of workouts.
**In the even of potential inclement weather, workouts may be canceled due to prohibited access inside the buildings. We will make our best efforts to make the decision on those dates by 1:30 PM via email from coaches, twitter and the website. If there is inclement weather, please communicate with your coach.
